🌿 Crafted From Premium Oak

The Easi-Frame system is manufactured from a finger-jointed timber core and beautifully over-veneered in unfinished white oak, ready for you to stain or paint to match your décor. All timber components are supplied oversized so they can be trimmed to suit your site conditions.

The system is also FSC-certified, ensuring sustainability and responsible sourcing.

Each Easi-Frame kit contains:

• 1 x Frame Head

• 2 x Frame Jambs

• 2 x Frame Mullions

Hardware, doors, and side panels are sold separately so you can build a layout tailored perfectly to your opening.

📐 Compatibility & Door Requirements

• Designed for use with standard 78” (1981mm high) internal doors.

• Suitable for 35mm doors depending on your chosen design.

• Important: This frame has a rebate of approximately 35mm, so it is not compatible with any 40–44mm fire doors.

The maximum recommended assembled size of this system is:
2017mm (H) × 3000mm (W)

🛠️ Key Fitting Notes (Installer Essentials)

To make installation smooth and secure, please note the following:

1. Trimming Allowance

Doors and sidelights can be trimmed to suit your opening. Frame legs are supplied long to allow trimming for uneven floors.

2. Mullion & Sidelight Best Practice

(Adapted from the manufacturer’s recommended installation method)

• Assemble the frame on a flat surface before fixing.

• Fit L-shaped brackets behind mullion legs so they can be fixed securely to the floor.

• An additional L-bracket can be added at the top centre of the head for extra rigidity (covered by architrave).

• Ensure the frame is plumb in all planes (head, vertical, lateral).

• Fix sidelights through the mullion at a slight angle so architraves later cover the fixings.

• Once doors, sidelights and architraves are fitted, the whole system becomes rigid and solid.

3. Finishing

All oak components must be sealed with a high-quality varnish, paint, wood oil or lacquer. Follow the same finishing routine you use for your chosen internal oak doors.

• 1 × Door: 762mm

• 2 × Side Panels: 686mm each

• 4 × 22mm Uprights = 88mm

  Perfect For: Balanced entrances with glazed or solid side panels.

Configuration 2 — Double Doors + Two Side Panels

• 2 × Doors: 686mm each

• 2 × Side Panels: 305mm each

• 4 × 22mm Uprights = 88mm
  Total Width: 686 + 686 + 305 + 305 + 88 = 2070mm
  Perfect For: Symmetrical double-door entrances with slim side panels.

Configuration 3 — Double 838mm Doors + One Side Panel

• 2 × Doors: 838mm each

• 1 × Side Panel: 762mm

• 3 × 22mm Uprights = 66mm
  Total Width: 838 + 838 + 762 + 66 = 2504mm
  Perfect For: Large feature openings between living and dining spaces.
