Doorphoria Return Policy

At Doorphoria, your satisfaction is our top priority! We ensure your shopping experience is smooth and enjoyable. If you need to return an item, we’re here to make the process hassle-free. Here’s how it works:

Return Period

Faulty/Incomplete Items/Visible Damages: Report any issues at the time of delivery with the driver present. We’ll arrange a quick return or replacement at no extra cost to you. Reports of this nature made after the driver has left will not be accepted.

Ordering Error: Contact us within 48 hours. Please note, a collection charge and a 15% restocking fee will apply.

Change of Mind: You can return unopened items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Just email us at customerservices@doorphoria.co.uk with your order number, name, reason for return, and photos of the items showing their condition. A pre agreed collection charge will be deducted from your refund

Custom/Bespoke Purchases : These are non-returnable/non-refundable after design approval unless there’s a manufacturing fault.

Post 14 Days: Returns after this period will be reviewed. If agreed they will incur a collection charge plus a 20% restocking fee.

Condition Requirements

Items must be in saleable condition with original packaging and labels intact. Unfortunately, we cannot accept items that are opened, torn, or removed from their packaging.

Return Instructions

Contact Us: Email customerservices@doorphoria.co.uk within the time frames detailed above. Include your order details, photographs of the order to be returned and reason for the return.

Await Confirmation: We’ll review your request and send you confirmation within 2 business days. A credit note outlining your refund will follow.

Collection Arrangement: Our transport team will contact you to arrange pickup.

Receive Refund: Once we receive and inspect the items, approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days, minus applicable fees. We’ll notify you via email once your refund is underway.

Additional Information: Return shipping is your responsibility. If items don’t meet the criteria upon collection, they won’t be accepted, and a returns fee will still apply.
