Deanta Fire Doors, Acoustic Performance & Sustainability

For projects requiring additional protection, Deanta fire doors are available in fully certified FD30 and FD60 ratings, offered in both panelled and glazed designs. Each fire door is independently tested to UK standards and compatible with approved fire-rated ironmongery, ensuring full compliance for residential and commercial use.

Many Deanta doors are also designed with acoustic performance in mind and can be paired with Lorient acoustic drop seals and fire and smoke seals to achieve sound reduction ratings of up to 33dB. Combined with sustainable manufacturing processes and responsibly sourced materials, Deanta doors offer a reliable solution for creating quieter, safer and more environmentally conscious interiors.

Prefinished doors from Deanta arrive factory finished with high-quality lacquer or paint, meaning they’re ready to hang straight away — no extra finishing required.

Unfinished doors are supplied sanded and ready for you to stain, oil, or paint to your own specification — ideal for matching other wood tones or décor.

White primed doors are professionally primed in a smooth white base coat, ready for your final paint colour. They’re a great option if you want a custom finish with minimal prep time.

FD30 fire doors are designed to resist the spread of fire for a minimum of 30 minutes, while FD60 fire doors provide up to 60 minutes of protection. Both are tested to UK fire safety standards (BS 476) and manufactured with solid cores for strength and reliability.

All Deanta fire doors are Q-Mark and Certifire certified, giving you complete confidence in their performance and compliance for residential or commercial use.

Deanta’s doors offer more flexibility than most brands. On standard and metric doors, up to 32mm can be trimmed equally from the width and height. For FD30 fire doors, the maximum trimming allowance is 30mm — always trimmed in equal amounts to maintain certification.

All Deanta doors feature some of the largest lippings on the market, ensuring strength and stability even after adjustment.

All Deanta glazed doors use safety-certified glass. Clear glazed designs use 4mm toughened glass for everyday durability, while obscure glass options feature 7mm laminated glazing for extra privacy and strength.

Fire-rated doors are fitted with 8mm fire glass, installed by certified glaziers to meet UK FD30 and FD60 safety standards.

Every Deanta door purchased through Doorphoria is covered by a 10-year manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. This covers construction integrity, veneers, and core stability under normal residential conditions.

To maintain your Deanta doors in the best condition, keep the finish clean and dry, and reseal any exposed edges after trimming. Oak doors can be resealed using internal joinery oil or varnish, while walnut doors require a polyurethane varnish, with at least three coats applied to any altered areas.

Regular dusting and avoiding harsh chemical cleaners will preserve the finish for years to come.
