If you see an identical door at a lower price on another UK-based retailer’s website, simply gather the details.
2. Contact Us
Send the following information to sales@doorphoria.co.uk:
- The product name and code
- A link (URL) to the competitor’s webpage
- Any additional information to verify the lower price
3. Price Match Review
Our team will review the submission to ensure it meets our criteria. If everything checks out, we’ll match the price, so you can enjoy the same great product for less.
Terms & Conditions
To maintain fairness and uphold our commitment to quality, here are the terms of our Price Match Promise:
- The product must be in stock and ready for immediate delivery on the competitor’s website.
- It must be brand new, identical in brand, style, size, and specifications, including warranties or guarantees provided.
- The competitor must be a UK-based authorised retailer.
- Auction sites, unauthorised resellers, typographical errors in pricing, limited-time offers, flash sales, and clearance or closing-down sales are excluded.
- Membership or loyalty-based discounted prices are not eligible for a price match.
- Delivery charges, installation fees, or other extra costs are not included in the match. If a retailer offsets low prices with high delivery fees, we reserve the right to decline the match.
- Our Price Match Promise cannot be combined with any other offers or promotional discounts from Doorphoria.
