Oak Ely FD30 Fire Door – Construction & Performance
The Oak Ely FD30 Fire Door is constructed with a solid engineered core for strength, stability, and long-term durability.
Supplied untreated, it allows you to stain, oil, or paint on site, making it ideal for bespoke interiors and renovation projects.
A generous 15mm trimming allowance on all edges gives installers flexibility, helping achieve a precise fit even in older properties.
When fitted with approved Lorient acoustic, smoke, and fire seals, the door can achieve up to 33dB acoustic performance, meeting Part E of UK Building Regulations.
This makes the Oak Ely a popular choice for hallways, stairwells, apartments, and shared living spaces where both safety and sound reduction matter.
