The Thermawood Grey Primed Rutland is a thermally efficient, clear-glazed external door from Doorphoria’s new External Thermal Rated Door Range. Designed to combine strength, insulation, and contemporary styling, the Rutland is ideal for both renovation projects and new-build homes.
Featuring a grey primed marine ply face with an aluminium sheet backing, this door offers enhanced stability and durability compared to traditional stile-and-rail constructions, while delivering excellent thermal performance with low U-values of 1.32–1.36 W/(m²·K).

Engineered for British weather conditions, the Rutland’s advanced layered construction improves resistance to moisture, temperature change, and warping. The aluminium sheet is positioned within the door construction, behind the outer face, increasing overall strength without affecting the door’s external appearance.

Flexible Sizing & Installation
Each 44mm thick door is designed for flexibility and can be trimmed by up to 25mm on all edges, making it suitable for a wide range of openings. Lightweight construction ensures easier handling and installation on site.
